Are you selling pillow covers with inserts?


We do not currently offer inserts. However, we created this informational page on inserts here, where we recommend a couple of places where you can purchase good quality inserts at a reasonable price.

How often do you add new items to your inventory?


We add new items on a weekly basis. Please check out our online catalog frequently or sign up for our newsletter. The Newsletter Sign-Up option is available on every page of our site in the bottom right corner. As a member of our email list, you will receive information on sales, upcoming events, new designs and special offers.

Do you have a physical store location?


One Happy Pillow is an online store only at this time. However, from time to time we will sell at craft fair and farmers markets. Please sign up for our newsletter or like us on Facebook (www.facebook.com/OneHappyPillow) to stay up to day with the latest and greatest happenings at OneHappyPillow including any special offers and discounts.

How do I obtain a tracking number for my order?


A shipping confirmation email with a tracking number will be sent to you once your order has been shipped.

How do I order swatches for quality and color reference?


Please send us an email requesting a swatch. We will gladly send it to you free of charge.

What is your return policy?

Due to the custom nature of our business, we do not accept returns. 

However, if the return is a result of an error we made in your order, we will refund all shipping costs, including your return shipping costs, and offer you a refund or a store credit if that is your preference. Please note that, due to differences in computer monitor color settings and displays, One Happy Pillow does not take responsibility for discrepancies between the physical product color and the color as seen on your computer screen. If you have concerns about color, we encourage you to request a fabric swatch first. Fabric swatches are provided free of charge.

How soon will you ship my order?

We strive to maintain inventory on all fabrics and materials. However, due to the nature of our business, some items may take up to two weeks to ship.

If an item is on backorder and will take longer that the normal shipping timeframe, you will be notified via email as to the status of that particular item.

Items that are in stock are usually shipped within 2-3 business days.

How long will it take for my items to arrive?

Depending on the weight and size of the order, we ship via USPS First Class, USPS Priority Mail or USPS Select Parcel Ground. USPS First Class and Priority Mail on average take 1-3 days.

Do you take custom orders?

Custom orders are welcome! Please contact us with your personal request. If you need help visualizing pillow combinations, we are happy to send you additional pictures or provide you with advice.
